What are Cookies and why do you use then?

Cookies are small bits of text that are downloaded to your computer or mobile device when you visit a website. Your browser sends these cookies back to the website every time you visit the site again, so it can recognise you and can then tailor what you see on the screen.

We use cookies on our site so that we can anonymously track what things are being used around the website. This enables us to make sure the website runs well, so that when you visit us again, it’s an even better experience.

We also use Session Storage which is similar to cookies. This powers our shop and stores shop data on your machine so we know what you are ordering. Unlike cookies though when you close your browser, this information is deleted.

What's the late order policy?

With all art projects, you will be given a date to place your order by, this can be found on the ordering information sheet which you should have received along with your free sample card and child’s artwork.

Once this date has passed, you can still place an order, although a processing and postal fee will apply. For orders of £30 or less, the fee will be £4.50. For order over The £30 the fee will be £6.50.

Your order will be dispatched to an address of your choice, approximately 2 weeks from the date you place your order.

How long will my order take?

Orders placed through a Dandy Art Project will be dispatched free of charge to your child’s school or nursery approximately 2 weeks from the ‘order date’ shown on your order form.

All other orders will be dispatched to your home address within two weeks of placing your order and a postage and packaging charge will be levied.

Please let us know however, if you require an item urgently, as we will do our best to help!

Postage and Delivery

Delivery will be by Royal Mail or courier depending on the size and weight of your purchase.

We are happy to deliver to addresses outside the UK, please ask for prices.

Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

Bespoke items are specifically made for you so we cannot arrange a refund or exchange unless your items are faulty or have arrived damaged.

We reserve the right to request proof of goods being damaged or faulty.

We will arrange a refund or exchange of faulty or damaged goods if you contact us within 7 days of delivery.

We are not responsible for return postage (unless the goods are faulty) or for packages that do not reach us or are damaged in transit.

Refunds will be made to you within 10 working days to the original method of payment.

Exchanges will be dispatched to you within 2 weeks.

VAT is charged at 20%. All our prices are inclusive of VAT.
