Clare Tyas started sketching and painting from a very young age and has long been inspired by the country side and animals in and around  the beautiful Lake District and Yorkshire Dales.
And now lives and works in Ingleton with her 3 Boys.
Clare’s intricately watercolour paintings of animals, truly capture the spirit  and charming personalities of the Animals which Clare hopes provokes a smile and empathy for the viewer.
Each animal has its own delightful personality and mood, coming alive through the spark within their eyes.
Clares work covers a broad range of art, more recent work has focused on buildings,  houses,
Landscape, streets and daily town life.
Creating  highly detailed Townscapes with a distinctive character of their own.
