Carla Jennings

I’m a self taught artist & illustrator from Cornwall.
I grew up in an artistic environment & have always had a strong creative urge & a love for nature.
In 2014, with a newborn baby in tow, I set up a business & online shop, selling my ornate bird illustrations.
The quintessential English hedgerows & gardens, around where I live, have been my main inspiration.
A passion for the intricate pattern in leaves & flowers led to me designing my first colouring book “Our Patterned World”, which was subsequently published by an award-winning publisher in the U.S.
If I’m not in my studio painting & drawing, you’ll find me tending my garden or cycling around country lanes.
